Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Time & Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days from the date your order ships. Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, delivery times can occasionally vary by product and destination.

Please note: during high-volume periods (holidays, major sales), processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Changes & Address Corrections
Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Contact us at support@chillwellessentials.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes if the order hasn't shipped yet — once an order is in transit, we're unable to redirect it.

Delays & Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at support@chillwellessentials.com. We'll track it down — and if your package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. That's our promise.

Multiple Items
If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry — the rest is on its way, and each package is tracked.
